I tried many ways to cook pork chops. No  matter I had did, they always came out a bit dry. With this recipe, however, your pork chops are going to be delicious and tender. I recommend to use the thin cut pork chops. I have cooked this dish many times with roasted potatoes and green salad.

Serving: 4 people

Ingredients

4 pork chops

1.5 cup fresh grind Italian hard bread (i.e Calabrese bread )

Romano Cheese

2 tbsp fresh parsley

3 tbsp

2 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese

1 clove Garlic

4tbsp Unsalted Butter

1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt

Pepper

Preparation

Mix the bread crumbs, the cheeses, the chopped garlic, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil in a bowl. Mix it together.

Take one pork chop at the time, add a little bit of salt and pepper directly on the meat. Coat the pork chop on both sides with the bread crumb mix.

Get an oven pan (or sheet pan), add four small squares of butter to sheet pan. Lay the pork chop on the top of the butter. Add another small square to the top of each pork chop.

Turn the oven on 350F. Bake the pork chops for 15minutes on each side or until the bread crumb is golden brown. If the pork chops are thin cut, cook them for approximately 10 minutes on each side.

Enjoy it.

Buon Appetito!
