Focaccia Bread with Olives

Just looking at the picture makes me want to have a bit. It is a delicious!


2 cups of warm Water

1 oz cake East

4 1/2 cup Flour

1/3 of cup extra virgin olive oil



Black Olives or Green Olives


Put the warm water and the cake east in a mixer bowl

Add the extra virgin olive oil to the melted east in water

Add the flour and salt.

Combine it all with the Mixer.

When the dough is combined, transfer it to another bowl coated with oil.

Cover it and Let is rise for one hour.

After the dough is risen, add the pitted olives to the dough

Press the olives down with your hands in the dough

Coat a pizza sheet pan (17 x with oil.

Stretch the dough in the pizza pan.

Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, salt, oregano and crushed red pepper (optional).

Cook for 20 minutes at 400F or until golden brown.
