Stuffed Clams

This recipe is a hit in every party.


13 oz (2 cans) Chopped Cams in clam juice

8 oz (1/2 bag) Cooked Salad Shrimp peeled

14 oz (1 bag) Crab Classic Flake Style

6 oz (1 bag) Mini Lobster Tail

6 cups Bread Crumbs (Italian bread crumbed on the food processor)

4-3 cloves Garlic

1 Red Bell Pepper

1 bunch Parsley finely chopped

2 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano


Separate crab meat and add it to a bowl.

Add the shrimp, and mini lobster tail to the crab meat.

Drain the clams from the can and add it to the seafood mix.

Add the bread crumbs, parmigiano reggiano,  diced red bell pepper, and minced garlic to the seafood mix. Chop the parsley and add it to the seafood.

Mix it all together very well.

For this recipe you need large clams shells. Clean the shell and stuff each clam shells.

Place all the shells in an oven sheet and bake it in the oven for 30minutes at 350F
