This is a very light and delicious fish recipe. It’s very low in calories and it has no carbs. This dish has a wonderful taste. I like to serve this dish with homemade stuffed artichoke hearts. Try it and let me know if you like it.
Ingredients
One Orange Roughy
Parsley
1 cloves of Garlic
1 small Lemon
Water
Preparation
Put about 1/2 cup of water in a pan.
Add some extra virgin olive oil to the water
Add the parsley, the garlic, and half lemon juice to the water.
Bring it to a boil.
Let the water boil for 1 minute.
Add the fish.
Cook it in medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
Serve it hot.
Garnish with slices of lemon on top the fish with the juice
Enjoy it with a nice white wine!
