Ingredients
1 whole Trout
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
Parsley
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
On a bowl, add the breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, and olive oil
* I like to make the breadcrumbs from old bread, instead of the store bought.
Mix it all together.
Keep it aside.
Wash the trout throughly.
On a sheet of aluminium foil, sprinkle some olive oil and some bread crumbs
Place the trout on the breadcrumbs
Add salt and pepper to the trout inside and out. Sprinkle some olive oil also inside the fish
Stuff the Trout with the breadcrumbs
Add some breadcrumbs to the top of the fish
Wrap the fish with the aluminium foil
Bake it on 350F for 30 minutes
