Healthy Traditional Hummus

Serving 2 people
Ingredients
4 roasted garlic cloves
1 can (16oz) of chickpeas
2 tbsp of low fat plain yogurt
1/2 lemon juice
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayane pepper (optional)
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
cilantro
salt
pepper
Preparation
In a food processor, chopp the roasted garlic. Then add the cilantro, the chickpeas, and yogurt. Chopp them together. Add salt, pepper, the juice of the lemon, cayane pepper, cumin, and extra virgin olive oil. Chop them together until it is creamy or to your taste. It is ready!
You can serve it with chips, pita bread, or fresh vegetables. In the video, I serve it with carrots, cerely and red bell peppers for a healthy option.

Hummus is outstanding! Especially liked the little kick provided by the cayenne pepper.

Another fantastic confection, rruly delicious! For those that enjoy a little kick in their dip, do not make the cayenne pepper optional.
