Polenta with Meat Sauce

It is easy and absolutely delicious

1lb Traditional San Gennaro Polenta
Mozzarella Cheese (sliced or grated)
Grated Romano or Parmiggiano Reggiano Cheese (optional)
2 cup Meat Sauce

Drizzle a cooking sheet with olive oil
Cut the Polenta into 1/4 inch thick slices
Place the polenta circle on the cooking sheet
Add two spoons of sauce on top of each polenta circle
Add the grated cheese
Bake it for 15 minutes on pre-heated 350F oven
After 15 minutes, add the mozzarella cheese to the polenta circle and continue baking for another 5 minutes or until the mozzarella is melted.
