Ingredients
10.5 oz (300 grams) Flour
3 Eggs
5.3 oz (150grams) Sugar
1 stick (100grams) Butter
1 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 grated Lemons
24 oz (2 jars) Apple Jelly. You also use any other fruit jelly such Black Cherry, Apricot, etc
I have a homemade apple jelly recipe posted on this site.

Preparation
Put the flour on a wood working table.
Make a well with the flour and put the eggs and the sugar.
Beat the egg and the sugar with a fork
Cut the butter in pieces and place them on the flour around the well.
Add the oil, vanilla, baking powder, and grated lemon to the eggs.
Combine all the ingredients with the flour using a fork.
Mix them with your hands until you have a nice consistent dough
Wrap the dough, and refrigerate it for 1/2 hour
Cut 1/3 of the dough and leave it aside. We are going to use it for the topping.
With rolling pin, roll the remaining dough to a thin layer to about the size of your cooking sheet
Butter the cooking sheet.
Place the dough on the cooking sheet.
With your hands, ensure the dough covers the whole surfice of the cooking sheet.
With a fork, pinch the dough to allow the air to come out
Spread the apple jelly over the whole dough.
With the 1/3 of the dough we saved, we are going to make the strips to across the cooking sheet.
Roll small pieces of the dough to make the as many strips as you need to criss-cross the pie. See pictures
Bake at 350F for 1/2 hour or until it is nice and gold
Let it cool down, sprinkle with a powder suggar
Enjoy. Buon Appetitto!
