Pizza Tricolore

Summer time at Italian pizzerias, people enjoy this superb pizza! You can now enjoy it at home like I do it for my family. Some of my family members enjoy it with a nice cold glass of beer or white wine.

Tricolore Sauce for 1 pizza


8-10 Cherry tomatoes cut in half

1 large (ball) Mozzarella Cheese

1 cup Shredded Parmigiano Reggiano.

2 cups of Fresh Arugula

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Drizzle the pizza dough with extra virgin olive oil and salt for 15 minutes in the 400F oven

Top the pizza with mozzarella cheese and add back in the oven for another 10 minutes.

Sprinkle the pizza with arugula, fresh tomatoes, and parmiggiano reggiano.

Drizzle with evoo and serve it.
