Pizza is a must have at my house. My family just loves it. I make enough dough to make a variety of different flavors of pizza. The favorite at my home is the Pizza Capricciosa

Serving: This recipe makes dough for 4 medium size pizzas.

Ingredients:

3 cups of Water

2 oz Cake East

6  1/2 cups All Purpose Flour

1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt

Preparation

In a mixer, pour the warm water

Add the cake east to the warm water and let the east melt in the water

Start the mixer and add the oil

Add the flour, one cup at the time.

Add the salt

Turn the mixer to high and mix the dough until the flour blends well and the dough doesn’t stick to the bowl .  While the mixer is running, pour the half cup of flour a little at a time.

Drizzle oil in a bigger container, put the dough in the container, and cover it with plastic wrap.  Let it rise for 2 hours or until it double in size.  It will depend on the temperature of your kitchen.

LET’S MAKE THE PIZZA!

Enjoy

Buon Appetito!
