This pizza is delicious!  If you try this pizza, the result is unbelievably good. Make it on a sports night for your kids, friends or guests.

Ingredients

28oz (1 can) of San Marzano peeled tomatoes

5-6 slices of Cooked Ham

1 small can Artichokes in oil

1 jar Black Olives

1 small jar of Mushrooms in oil

8 or 10 oz Mozzarella Cheese

1 tbs Oregano

2 cloves Garlic

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt

Preparation

You can buy the pizza dough already made at your local Italian store. I make my own dough and you can follow my Pizza Dough recipe on this site. Once the dough is ready, you can start…

Take the San Marzano tomatoes (do not use the juice) and cut it in small pieces

Put them in a bowl add the salt, the oregano, the 2 cloves of garlic, and the extra virgin olive oil. Let it marinate while the dough is rising. The tomatoes is going to have a lot of flavor. Set  it aside.

Lay the dough in a thin layer in a pizza pan (I used a sheet pan because I made it for a party. They requested the square shape pizza).

Spread the tomatoes on the dough.

Cut the ham in medium pieces and add it to the pizza.

Add the artichokes, the mushroom, and the olives to the pizza. If you want you can saute some mushrooms with garlic, oil and parsley before spreading it on the pizza.

Drizzle the pizza top with extra virgin olive oil.

Bake at 400 F for about 25 minutes

Open the stove, add the shredded Mozzarella cheese all around the pizza. Continue baking the pizza for another 5 minutes or until the mozzarella is melted

Enjoy Buon Appetito!
