Ingredients

2 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon hot crushed pepper

1 12oz of San Marzano Italian tomatoes

2 teaspoons Oregano

Salt

Pepper

Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Saute the minced garlic with the extra virgin olive oil

Add crushed red pepper to the extra virgin olive oil

Puree the jar of tomatoes in a food processor.

Add the tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper to the oil

Let simmer for 25 – 30 minutes

Add some chopped parsley.

Turn off the heat.

Cook the Penne pasta al dente in hot boiling salted water.

Drain the pasta and mix the sauce in the pasta

Before serving drizzel with extra virgin olive oil
