Ready for grilling yet? This is a very an easy way to cook lamb.  On the high heat grill, the meat loses all the fat. The marinate gives the meat a wonderful flavor.

I like to serve it with lemon wedges with a healthy mix green salad on the side.

Serving: 4 people

Ingredients

2.5 – 3 lbs Leg of Lamb

3 cloves Garlic

1 cup White Wine

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Rosemary

Salt

Pepper

Preparation

Cut the leg of lamb in medium size pieces of about 1/2 inch thick.

In a container, add the lamb, salt, pepper, white wine, garlic, and rosemary.

Mix it together.

Let the lamb marinate for about 5 hours in the refrigerator.

Turn the grill on  high heat grilled each side for about 10 minutes. When the meat reaches 135F, it is done rare.  At 145F it is done medium rare. Cook it to your taste.

Enjoy

Buon Appetito!
