Crab Salad

Excellent for parties.

Serving: 8 – 10 people


2 packages (14 oz) Crab Flakes Style

1 Red Onion

2 Red Bell Peppers

1/2 diced bunch Celery

1 seeded and diced Cucumber

3 Lemon

1 cup Mayonnaise

Tabasco Sauce

Extra virgin olive oil


Black Pepper


Crumble the crab meat with your hands.

Add the crab meat to a bowl. Add lemon zest and lemon juice.

Add the diced celery, the onion, cucumbers and red bell peppers. Mix it all together.

Add the black pepper, salt, and tabacco sauce. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.

Toss it well.

Cover it with clean plastic wrap. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. I like to make it in advance and let it marinate overnight.

Before serving, add the mayonaise.

Move it to a plater and garnish with fresh chopped chives.

Enjoy it.
