This coleslaw salad is a good side dish for a Fish and Chips meal.

Serving: 4 people


5 cups Coleslaw Salad

1 cup Mayonnaise

3 tbsp Vinegar

1 tbsp Sugar

1 tbsp Honey Dijon Mustard

Lemon juice




Put the coleslaw salad in a bowl. Drizzle it with lemon juice.

Add salt and pepper to the coleslaw. Toss it and set aside

In another bowl, add the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and mustard.

Mix everything together. The consistency should be like a cream.

Add the mayonnaise mix to the coleslaw salad bowl.

Mix it all together and add it to a plater.

Cover it and chill it for at least for two hours before serving.

Garnish it with minced green onions or chives.
