This salad is delicious! When I make it at work, they love it.

Serving: 6-8 people

Ingredients:

2 head of Broccoli

1 cup cooked and crumbled Bacon

1 Red Onion chopped

1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

For the dressing

1.5 cup Mayo

6 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1/2 cup Sugar

Preparation

Wash the broccoli, cut the head into small florets. I don’t use the stem, but if you want it you can sliced them very thin.

Place the broccoli in a large bowl.

Add the crumbed cooked bacon, the chopped onion, and the shredded Cheddar cheese to the broccoli. If you don’t want to use bacon, you can also make this recipe with dry cranberries or raisons.

In a separate bowl, add the sugar and the apple cider vinegar. Stir it very well. Taste it and adjust the sugar and the vinegar to your taste.

Add the dressing to the broccoli mix.

Toss them very well.

Refrigerated it for one hour and serve.

Enjoy it

Buon Appetito!
