Rapini is a common vegetable in Italy. This side dish goes well with pork chops.
Serving: 4 people
Ingredients:
2 bunchs of Rapini
3 cups of water
3 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Add the extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and water to a frying pan.
Bring it to a boil.
Wash the rapini and add it to the boiling water.
Add salt, pepper and stir it all together
Cover it, and let it cook for 15 minutes on medium heat.
Move the rapini to a serving plate.
